1. Business Development Manager (2 Positions)
Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our growing team. The primary goal is to recruit students interested in studying abroad and build partnerships with institutions, agents, and education providers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert student leads for study abroad programs (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with local schools, colleges, and agents
- Promote MyStudiesGlobal’s services through online and offline marketing channels
- Counsel students on study options, application procedures, and visa processes
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth onboarding and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or sales/business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong knowledge of international education systems is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

2. Student Recruitment Officers (5 Positions)
Role Overview:
We are looking for individuals who play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling prospective students to meet recruitment targets. This role includes travel, presenting to diverse audiences, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions. The officer acts as an ambassador for MyStudiesGlobal, ensuring a positive and informative experience for all applicants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or sales/business development

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
